What if a user has more devices than the plan allows?
No problem—extra devices are billed at $25 / device / month. We confirm counts during onboarding.
How does Small Team (≤5 users) pricing work?
Very small teams often require the same setup and monitoring as larger teams. The Small Team option keeps coverage strong while accounting for the fixed work involved.
Do I need a Security Assessment first?
It’s the fastest way to choose the right tier. We review users, devices, risk areas, and recommend the best-fit package.
Are contracts required?
Plans are typically billed monthly. If you prefer a longer term, we can align pricing and support expectations accordingly.
