Agreement Terms

These provisions summarize how the confirmed service proceeds through setup, delivery, and ongoing management.
Managed Cybersecurity Service
SIMAFORCE will provide the managed cybersecurity service reflected in the confirmed Service Order and applicable service scope.
Customer Cooperation
The customer will provide decisions, authorizations, information, and access coordination reasonably required for SIMAFORCE to deploy and manage the service.
Scope Changes
Material changes to users, devices, systems, service requirements, or other scope assumptions may require SIMAFORCE to review and revise the applicable scope or service amount.
Billing Setup
After agreement acceptance, the customer will complete billing setup using the secure billing process provided by SIMAFORCE. Payment credentials are not collected directly on this agreement page.
Service Activation
Agreement acceptance does not by itself activate managed cybersecurity service. Billing setup, client onboarding, deployment, configuration, and SIMAFORCE validation must be completed before service activation.
Cybersecurity Risk
Managed cybersecurity services are intended to reduce security risk and improve protection, detection, response, and oversight. No cybersecurity service can guarantee prevention of every incident or threat.
Authorized acceptance.
An authorized representative of the organization must complete this section before continuing to billing setup.
Production agreement language and electronic-signature implementation should be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel. This browser-based workflow is currently a prototype and should not be treated as the final production signature or audit system.
