Scope Defined by Written Agreement

SIMA FORCE, LLC does not control the availability, functionality, security, or performance of third-party services and cannot guarantee that such services will remain uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities.

Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for responsibilities assigned to them under the applicable agreement, including appropriate user access, administrative approvals, accurate information, internal policies, business continuity planning, data retention, backups where applicable, regulatory obligations, and employee conduct.

Clients are also responsible for promptly communicating material changes to their environment that may affect service scope, including changes to users, devices, systems, email platforms, network architecture, or security requirements.

Compliance and Regulatory Matters

SIMA FORCE, LLC may provide security information, reporting, risk observations, or readiness support, but does not represent that use of any package or service automatically makes a client compliant with any law, regulation, framework, certification, contractual requirement, or industry standard.

Clients remain responsible for determining which legal, regulatory, contractual, and compliance requirements apply to their organization.
