Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information SIMA FORCE, LLC ("SIMAFORCE", "we", "us") collects through simaforce.com and the SIMAFORCE client portal, why we collect it, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
1. Who we are
SIMA FORCE, LLC is a Florida limited liability company that provides managed cybersecurity services to businesses. You can reach us about privacy at contact@simaforce.com.
2. What we collect
When you request a free Security Assessment
Your company name, your name and title, your work email address, your company's website domain, the number of users and devices, and the package you are interested in.
When we run the free Security Assessment
We look up public information about your company's domain, such as how your email and website are set up, and whether work email addresses at your domain appear in known public data breaches. The free assessment never connects to your systems and never asks for passwords.
When you contact us
Your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
When you book a meeting with us
Your name, email address and the time you choose.
When you use the client portal
Your name, title and email address; your company's details; your assessment results; quotes; and the record of documents you accept in the portal (your name, title, the date and time, and the IP address used). We never see your portal password.
When you pay us
Payments are handled by our payment processor on its secure page. We do not see or store full card or bank account numbers. We keep only the last 4 digits, the payment method type and the payment status.
Security data from your systems
If your company becomes a SIMAFORCE client, the security data we process from your company's systems (for example user accounts, devices, email scanned for threats, and security alerts) is handled under the Data Processing Agreement your company accepts with us, not under this policy.
When you visit our website
Basic technical information, such as your browser, device type and pages visited, through cookies and similar tools (see section 8).
Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal details in our web forms or messages.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your requests and messages.
- To prepare and explain your Security Assessment and quote.
- To provide, support and bill our services.
- To keep our website, client portal and services secure, and to prevent misuse.
- To keep records we need for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Who helps us process it
We use trusted service providers to run our business. They process personal information only on our behalf and under data protection terms. They fall into these categories:
- website hosting;
- website analytics;
- client portal and database hosting;
- email delivery and business email;
- meeting scheduling;
- payment processing;
- our cybersecurity platform and its technology partners, including AI-assisted analysis of security data.
You can ask us for a list of these providers at contact@simaforce.com. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
5. How long we keep it

We may keep information longer where the law requires it. Our providers may keep some security records under their own retention policies.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@simaforce.com. We will check your identity before acting and reply within 30 days. We may keep information we are required to keep by law, or need for billing records or to resolve disputes, and we will tell you if that applies.
If your company is our client, some requests about its security data are handled with your company, under its Data Processing Agreement.
7. Security and location
We protect personal information with reasonable measures, including limited access, multi-factor sign-in for staff, and encryption of data in transit. No method is completely secure. We store information primarily in the United States. Some providers may process information in other countries under their own data protection terms.
8. Cookies and similar tools
When you first visit, our website asks for your choice. Analytics cookies are set only if you select "Accept all" or allow them under "Manage cookies".

We do not use advertising cookies. To change your choice, delete the cookies for simaforce.com in your browser settings and the website will ask again. You can also block cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work without the necessary ones.
9. Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
